Delivery Policy

Paper Lane Books sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping fees. Everything is delivered electronically to your account.

1. What we deliver and how

  • EPUB downloads — the moment KPay confirms your payment, the EPUB file appears on your order page and in My library. Download it as often as you need (fair-use limit of 20 downloads per file).
  • Online reader — every book you own opens in full in your web browser from My library or the book’s page. Your place, theme and text size are remembered on each device.
  • Every order also appears in Account → Orders and My library, and we send a confirmation email with a link to your order.

2. Delivery time

Delivery is automatic and normally happens instantly — usually within a few seconds after KPay confirms your payment. In a small number of cases an order is held for a manual check (for example to prevent fraud, if a purchase limit is reached, or if a supplier code needs to be replaced). We complete these within 24 hours, usually much sooner during support hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00). If we cannot deliver, we refund you in full.

3. Gifts

Products are delivered to the purchaser's account and are for personal use.

4. Availability and regions

Our books are in the public domain in Pakistan and the United States because their authors and translators died before 1925. Copyright terms differ from country to country, so if you live outside Pakistan please check your local law. The store can be used from anywhere; prices are in Pakistani rupees and payment is by KPay only.

5. Problems with delivery

If you paid but your order does not show as delivered within 30 minutes, do not pay again. Contact us with your order number and KPay transaction reference and we will resolve it. See also our Refund Policy.
